HHA seeks a Custodian / Groundskeeper responsible for performing a variety of manual and semi-skilled tasks in maintaining facilities, grounds, and landscaping.

ANTICIPATED NEW HIRE PAY RANGE

$18.57 to $22.09 per hour depending on qualifications. Full-time employees receive 37 days of paid time off, health insurance, and participation in the Montana Public Employee Retirement System. OPPORTUNITIES

The HHA offers a Custodian / Groundskeeping career ladder providing high performing individuals promotion opportunities to earn up to $23.61 per hour, plus organizational and individual pay awards (base pay increases and bonuses) and promotion opportunities.

BENEFITS

On top of the hourly wage and 37 paid days off per year (holiday, sick, vacation), additional benefits include HHA coverage of ~$13,000 or more per year toward health coverage, retirement contributions and additional insurance for full time positions.
